Payments are processed exclusively via OPP in escrow. After a confirmed purchase:

Only registered commercial dealers within the EU who have successfully completed a KYC verification via our payment service provider OPP (Online Payment Platform, Netherlands).
Payments are processed exclusively via OPP in escrow. After a confirmed purchase:
– the buyer receives a payment request,
– transfers (SEPA) the amount to OPP,
– after receipt of payment, the seller is notified and ships the watch.
The payout is made only after the buyer confirms receipt.
– Minimum fee: €10 per transaction
– Commission rate: 2.5% on the watch sale price
– Maximum fee per transaction: €1,000
– in case of reversal, the 2.5% fee will not be refunded, as the escrow service via the bank was utilized
Only genuine luxury watches. Forbidden are:
– fake watches or documents,
– false identities,
– manipulated descriptions,
– attempts to circumvent the escrow procedure.
Violations will lead to immediate account suspension.
Shipping is carried out by the seller, insured and with tracking. The shipping costs are borne by the seller.
After receiving the watch, the buyer has 48 hours to confirm receipt of payment via the platform. Without release, the payment will be automatically forwarded to the seller after the deadline.

In case of a failure:
– all registered dealers are informed,
– ongoing payments via OPP are frozen,
– there is no claim for compensation.
We only store the data required for trade processing:
– Name, address, proof of commercial activity,
– ID copy and registration certificate.
Payment data is stored exclusively with OPP.
Cancellation is informal via email. After confirmation by us, the account will be deleted within up to 14 days. Open transactions will be processed according to the GTC.
